Stabbing/choking seemed to be the method.

One night a young man was hitching home. He'd had a long day and was looking forward to getting home.

A car stopped and he got in.

A young man was driving and the hitcher explained he was heading home.

The driver was quiet, sparse of words, and nodded.

The hitcher was naturally cautious, knowing many cops and cognizant that the fears were well founded.

There was a smattering of small talk, though the atmosphere was mildly tense. So, the hitcher kept an eye on the driver, while maintaining a seemingly casual air.

The chat eventually fell to the current fear. Then the vibes became taut. The driver was visibly tense.

The hitcher made a point that he was straight, but did not ask the driver re his behavior.

The conversation became lengthy and they drove crosstown.

Eventually the driver parked in a then outskirt area, but still by the street.

Hitcher could see driver was struggling talking about said behavior. He seemed to be at odds what to do/how to act as well.

Somehow hitcher got through and suggested there were people who listened and the killer needed to stop. He was fearless and kept his eyes on the driver.

Driver took him closer to hitcher's place, but hitcher made sure not to the door.

Soon after, the danger seemed over. There were no more deaths or threats.

It was a mystery and one as to what had been said that one night.

Don't fear but face potential danger with eyes open and readiness.

The goal, if any, would be the moment.

And so forth.
Mike Hhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02330656826267706631noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9087255956384270544.post-83988791748852281212024-02-02T09:26:00.000-08:002024-02-02T09:29:39.351-08:00Pam
Jerry Pam was a Brit born American based publicist.

He handled American PR for the Beatles and was publicist for Roger Moore, Michael Caine and many other stars and celebrities.

He was mine.

I had the guts to call him. Blaming others. Controlling due to lack of self.

More than liberal writeoffs, it's pervasive in society. It's saturating if someone counters lies with truth.

When someone wants to avoid analysis of any sort, they often pass off their problems to others/another. They think they are protecting themselves and may well be hiding sort of, in plain sight. They are destroying themselves and perhaps others by eschewing truth. It will catch up.

A specific instance is child custody. When custody is warranted for one the other might well attempt projection and the other terms previously mentioned.

Sole custody stacks the deck, save for obvious cases of abuse etc. If a prejudiced judge won't listen, even visitation gets left by the wayside.

Outside of court the 'court of public opinion' often slants the situation.

Let us say an irresponsible person, in all aspects of marriage, will ascribe his/her faults to the other. They wish to condition and turn a child against the other parent. Often friends and family aid and abet this, maybe adding their own motives and those oh so hidden sins/problems/crimes.

Some simply cannot face their problems and make excuses by demonizing someone else. They swamp others with those problems, turning them around. They may compensate for abuse with a 'know it all' attitude to bolster themselves, instead of facing problems and solving them in a healthy way.

Control, to put it mildly, is a cop out. Instead of maturing and coming to grips with self control, they prefer a lazy 'let the other guy do it' method. Mind you this is not as serious an explanation as, say gov trying to destroy rights or making a family member submit. Eventually, this leaks into evil and has a fallen air.

Blaming others is the petty result of ignoring cures and is kin to control.

Face things. Captain Cliche says truth will out. Painful and dangerous, it's true.

Balance head and heart. Be yourself and let the world see you truthfully. Seek others who are like minded.

Above all, be on the side of Light.

PS: Don't ignore political/social engineering aka brainwashing. Same answer.
Mike Hhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02330656826267706631noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9087255956384270544.post-66628184536995416502024-01-03T06:34:00.000-08:002024-01-03T06:34:22.566-08:00Hooked
Lotta soft use for this. A supreme liking for something in any venue. People forget the deeper use for this.

Addiction is pervasive and much analyzed. I won't delve that far. Please research more fully.

I just want to remark on a few things.

Obsessive. A need for something w/o which someone is lost, sick and dying; even though it often leads to death.

One can become addicted to almost anything. Drugs, booze, food, spending, gambling etc. It's all retreat.

Just a little to get through becomes more til there is nothing else.

True there are a few socalled 'functioning' addicts but they walk a tightrope. Like chemistry there might be an inbalance.

Often addictions are coping mechanisms to placate abuse. And often abused is fueled by addiction.

The whole thing is decay of family/humanity. The solution becomes a problem.

Reality. Ignored. Destruction like having tea in a burning house and saying everything was fine.

Some survive. Others don't. Find out how.

Some are prone to addiction. Some aren't. Stress drinking is a common example and can be stopped.

Seek and you shall find.

Face reality every day. Because nothing else will be left.
Mike Hhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02330656826267706631noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9087255956384270544.post-36696065610349216142024-01-02T07:18:00.000-08:002024-01-02T07:18:33.895-08:00You
Not me. They've invested much time into possibly overlapping work.

I know someone who is both a priest and psychotherapist, for example.

Some have what they consider 'hobbies' which may vary greatly.

There are those who have the ability to be quick studies and can assume positions thought impossible by some.

I'm suggesting you may know some of the above types. They present it as though it's triumphant or stronger than the Light. They can be gateways to darkness, almost instruction manuals to embrace evil. They are traps for the naive.

OTOH some shows illustrate the perfidy of the darkside. They present ways to recognize evil and to shed Light on truth and even how to fight. They proclaim caution, to beware.

So trust in God and let your conscience be your guide.

Thought over gore.
Mike Hhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02330656826267706631noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9087255956384270544.post-157187340407496822023-11-01T04:57:00.000-07:002023-11-01T04:57:01.476-07:00Dad And The Doctor
It is especially time to retell this.

There was a Jewish kid being bullied. This was long before WW2. Some things never change.

He was alone. Til my Dad showed up. That turned the tide.

Dad didn't like bullies. Runs in the family.

The kid grew up and became our family doctor and a lifelong friend. He was a great doctor and human being.

Some things indeed never change.

That means we must stand up and do what's right.

We must stop tyranny.
Mike Hhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02330656826267706631noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9087255956384270544.post-66008143201897971012023-10-04T03:37:00.002-07:002023-10-04T03:37:59.699-07:00G M P
Not the GNP lol.

When I was a student minister, I preceded each sermon with 'Grace, Mercy and Peace from God our Father through our Lord Jesus Christ. Some fertilizer and plant food too. Plus vitamin D and according to folklore, sun in the face repels evil. There is a broader application.

Matthew 5:45 deals with God's love for all. He gives everyone a chance. It is free will. Evil people can change direction. Many don't.

Nonetheless, the sun shines on the good and the evil and the rain pours on the just and unjust.

I often say karma when it comes to evil people. It's better than saying other things/fates. To dwell in the negative is like picking up a snake by the tail. We don't want to become like our enemies.

I was queried re certain people's fates. It was said it seems we all can suffer similar conditions, such as heart and lung, dementia usw. True

As for the evil on all levels, I say I hope they get what they deserve. Ultimately, they may suffer here before they go to eternal punishment. Maybe not.

That's when the query surfaced about why then do good people suffer?

I answered with the aforementioned Biblical quote, albeit paraphrased.

Furthermore, we of the Light are grateful, not greedy. We endure, our faith remaining. They curse, willing to sell their souls or throw others under the bus.

Ultimately, we suffer in spite of it rather than because of it.

So, we leave our enemies to their fate as we seek ours.

Then, enjoy the sun and rain.
Mike Hhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02330656826267706631noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9087255956384270544.post-7105922877354041802023-10-02T04:32:00.001-07:002023-10-02T04:32:29.376-07:00Stop Vs Pause
A stop could be temporary. I think of it as pulling the plug. But a pause is softer, not permanent.

Sometimes we need to charge up our batteries to prepare for the next round. While we do, we let our enemies expend their energy and show how diabolical they are.

As Crockett said, 'Be sure you're right then go ahead.' Get your ducks in a row.

We are busy behind the scenes.

We pause for what's Light, so we can stop the darkness.
Mike Hhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02330656826267706631noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9087255956384270544.post-74953268736915125372023-10-01T10:19:00.001-07:002023-10-01T10:19:38.929-07:00Regret
Most of us have some regrets.

We are sorry, we mourn and miss. That's normal for most human beings.

We try to achieve goals, improve ourselves and others, fight on all levels for Freedom.

Sometimes we fall short. It shows we are human, especially when we strive to go past failure, learn from it and push ahead. We don't stew and lash out, blaming others. We take responsibility for ourselves.

Our enemies, those who seek to control us totally lack regret. They don't care if they lie and how many they destroy to reach their goal.

Say, for example, they file false legal charges, which amount to nothing but lies or they project onto a target that which they have done.

They will never come to regret doing it. They follow what their masters want, dedicated to control.

The only thing close to regret would be failure to attain their goals. But they might think 'oh well, we are closer to victory'. Pride and fear guide them.

Love and courage guide us, we who fight for Freedom and are resolute in those qualities.

Their only resolution is hate and tyranny. It fails in itself, often at the price of misery.

We persevere, for our goals are eternal, started in this Constitutional Republic.

They don't care if you hate them. They take a twisted pride and laugh at your castigation. However, if you expose them and detail their behavior, they might lash out, certainly if it jeopardizes efforts.

We are the opposite. We base our lives in truth and love. We care for others and see to their well being. Even if we err and regret, we strive to overcome the darkness.

So regret when needed.

Do not fear.

Care.
Mike Hhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02330656826267706631noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9087255956384270544.post-75542974922498627992023-09-04T13:42:00.000-07:002023-09-04T13:42:39.069-07:00Pain Redux
Pain is a warning. Especially chronic pain.

Healing can be gradual. Sometimes instantaneous.

Pain causes people to deal with what causes it.

Sometimes it's ignored, overwhelmingly to detriment.

When pain is overwhelming, then it can be relieved.

Beware if someone says they can take your pain. Sure, some can be taken. But without pain there is no actual healing. The problem is still unsolved.

And yes, pain must be at a level where one can actually seek a cure.

In counseling, it's supposed to be emphasized the client must do most of the work. A therapist can help sort things out. But the health people seek is within.

Don't let others put it all on you. They must take responsibility for themselves.

And so must you.

PS: There are things, visible and invisible, which may strike w/o little or no pain.

Rise to meet the challenge.
Mike Hhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02330656826267706631noreply@blogger.com0
