Old.

 The 200 year old house is getting repaired/remodeled.  We are moving.  Not deserting.

It's time for a change of home and location.  And someone will discover a 'new' 200 year old house. 

Old is not useless.  It can be made that way and abandoned like dogs and people, even houses.  But there is much to learn.  And love.

Anything can be for weal or woe.  

Let your heart be big enough to love.  Keep close.  

New can be good, if done well.

Nothing slipshod lasts.

For, many new things will grow old.

And many old things become new again.

Redoubt

 A safe place to retreat.

It is fortified, defendable and buys time before reestablishing a base.

This might be my temp solution in a few weeks.

Timing and money are the key.

Apartment before house.  

Then a new hq which becomes a home.

Even though more dramatic things are happening, pray that my place becomes reality.

Spoken

 My GreatGranddad came here in a covered wagon.  They were rugged dependable vehicles.  They might break down, but they were repaired often on the spot.  Those wheels kept turning.

The rims were covered with iron.  Inwardly they were supported with spokes.

The spokes supported the weight and could work even with several broken.  

From many one rolled on.  

Curios now we have spoken and will speak figuratively.  

And old ways become new again.
