Quality....

 Being able to take criticism is important.  So is respect.

If one has experience in a job, let them speak.

If someone has an opinion/impression of something done, let them speak.

If it is fair and balanced, let them speak.

Take them into consideration.

If a person is spouting a hit piece, let them speak.

If people are misinformed, let them speak.

Handle positive and negative accordingly.

Some think lengthiness is good.

Only if you are saying something and not stuffing stuff into a crack.

Silly as it may seem, one little word might suffice.  Depends.

I hit and miss as well as varied length.  But there is usually one thing.  A moment, a theme, an idea ie, food for thought.
